Can we bring pets into the venue? Can they stay?
Unfortunately we do not allow any animals into the venue (except for guide dogs).
How do we apply for an extended bar license?
We can extend our bar from midnight to 1am for a £250 fee, just let us know!
When do I need to pay? Can I pay in instalments?
The full payment of the outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to your event date via bank transfer ONLY. We do not accept payment in instalments unfortunately.
When do I give final guest numbers?
An Event Manager will be in touch approximately 8 weeks before your event date to confirm final numbers, menus and event details.
How do I choose my drinks and menu?
We love to meet our couples and have a menu consultation where we can discuss your options and chat through the food service, timings etc . When you're ready to start putting your menu together, get in touch with us and we can arrange the consultation.
Who puts the decorations, favours etc on my tables? Are there certain decorations I can't have?
Though the tables will be laid with linens, cutlery and glasses, all other decorations are to be organised by yourselves and your suppliers. The only restrictions to decorations we have at the venue is that we don't allow open flames inside the building or marquee for health and safety reasons. No decorations should leave permanent marks/damage after use.
What time can we check into the rooms?
Room check in is 3pm and check-out is 10.30am the next morning. Breakfast is served between 8:30am-10am.
Can I have fireworks on the lawn?
We are licensed for fireworks until 9:30pm however you will need to inform us of this no less than 6 weeks in advance. Fireworks have a noise limit of 120 decibels. For more information please see our terms and conditions, or contact a member of our customer service team.
Can I have confetti?
Biodegradable confetti is permitted at management discretion - please contact a member of the customer service for more information.
Can I have alcoholic/edible favours?
We do not allow any alcoholic beverages or soft drinks to be brought in from external suppliers. We do however permit edible favours at management discretion.
What is the age minimum for kids meals?
We cater for children 12 and under, small children under the age of 2 will not be charged.
What facilities do you have for disabled guests?
We have suitable toilets, accommodation and venue access for any disabled guests.
Do you offer corkage?
We do not offer a corkage service as no alcoholic beverages are to be brought in by yourselves or guests.
