Located in the heart of the award-winning Bryngarw Country Park, Bryngarw House is the ideal venue of that perfect rural retreat. We offer versatile spaces for your next meeting, conference, working lunch, training course or gala dinner.

Functions

We have a range of accessible rooms that can accommodate from 8 to 80 delegates with various layouts available to suit your requirements. Our brand new conference room is equipped with state of the art audio-visual equipment and free Wi-Fi is a provided throughout the venue.

Conservatory

With stunning views over the Bryngarw House lawn and duck pond, this bright and airy space is ideal for breakout sessions, networking over a buffet lunch or drinks receptions.

Marquee

Popular for larger conferences and events, this room can accommodate up to 64 delegates in a cabaret style layout or 80 delegates in a banquet style layout. A projector and screen or flip chart and pens can be provided. The marquee is a spacious space which benefits from natural light and a beautiful garden backdrop. It can also be hired for evening events such as charity fundraisers, dinner dances or award ceremonies.

Traherne Suite

Benefiting from natural daylight thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, this room can accommodate up to 36 delegates in a cabaret style layout and 80 delegates in a theatre style layout. Whilst there is no fixed audio-visual equipment, a projector and screen or flip chart and pens can be provided. Its adjoining access to the marquee also makes this room an ideal breakout area or small exhibition space for larger events.

Conference room

Newly renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, our conference room can accommodate up to 16 delegates in a boardroom style layout. This room is ideal for smaller business meetings, presentations and training courses.

Variety of menus

Our in-house chefs takes pride in serving fresh, seasonal and sustainable food. We can provide a variety of delicious Welsh menus including breakfasts, hot and cold lunch buffets and fine dining experiences. All dietary requirements are catered for.
