Sunday Lunch

Join us at Bryngarw House for a delectable two or three-course Sunday Lunch, served in either our stunning conservatory overlooking the lawn or in our beautiful marquee with views of our woodland and grounds. Our seasonal menus will alternate on a monthly basis, and are available to browse before booking.

Starters

Oven-Baked Portobello Mushroom

Sautéed wild mushrooms, chickpea,spinach, garlic, topped with herb crumb, served with micro herb salad. (VE) (GF) (DF) (NF)

Chicken and Hazelnut Terrine

Confit chicken breast, roasted cherry vine tomato, rocket, Welsh apple chutney, garlic and herb crostini. (DF)

Smoked Mackerel Pâté

Flaked mackerel, dill crème fraiche, pickled cucumber, rocket, served with fennel seed lavosh crackers.

Mains

All mains served with vegetables of the season and a choice of roast potato, fondant potato, crushed potato cake or creamed potato.

Rosedew Farm Roasted Topside of Beef

Yorkshire pudding and a rich red wine jus. Served with seasonal greens, heritage baby carrot, roast potatoes and Bryngarw honey-glazed parsnips.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast

Stuffed with sage and sausage meat stuffing, wrapped with streaky bacon, Yorkshire pudding and a light sage jus. Served with seasonal greens, heritage baby carrot, roast potatoes and Bryngarw honey-glazed parsnips.

Baked Courgette

Stuffed with chickpea, spinach, red onion, and red pepper, topped with vegan cheese and herb crumb, served with tomato and red pepper reduction. Served with seasonal greens, heritage baby carrot, roast potatoes and Bryngarw honey-glazed parsnips. (V) (VE) (GF) (NF)
