Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid off in four equal payments, with the final payment due no later than 28 days (four weeks) prior to the event. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your event more than 28 days (four weeks) prior to the event date, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your event less than 28 days (four weeks) prior to the event date, you will be liable for the full cost of the event.
- Event Details: Final details, including guest numbers, menu choices, and seating arrangements, must be confirmed no later than 14 days (two weeks) prior to the event. Any changes made after this time may incur other charges.
- Liability: Bryngarw House will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury sustained by any guest while on the premises.
- Conduct: Bryngarw House reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any guest whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.
- Force Majeure: Bryngarw House will not be held liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes and government regulations.
